Why MBAs get so high remuneration
I am in first year and coming to know about MBA through news papers and web sites I am getting motivated to do it after my graduation and the main reason behind is the SALARY. 8/10 laks per year 70-80 thousand per month .. btw why MBAs get such good salaries I mean normal doctors/engineers don’t earn this much money
Don’t get by the numbers
Don’t get by the numbers it tells half the story. Let me find out the real numbers for you. Say you get a package of 8 lakhs That includes many things which you won’t get in your monthly salary and after TAX and PF the amount would never cross 40-45 thousand PM If you take an education loan(which most does) the you will have to pay a montly EMI and that might come around 10K So finally you will be getting something around 30K And all the engineers/doctors/CAs do get this amount if they are good in their areas. In fact many IITians get much more than this. But MBA as a career is considered to be the best than the rest because of many other reasons and the salary you get moves exponentially. So let salary be one of the motivation factor but not the only one.
